Any commercial photographer who sells images from our event to competitors or the general public is required to apply and pay a $250 'Commercial Photographers' levy.

This levy enables commercial photographers to take images on all 4-days of the competition and have a link to their image gallery included on the Adelaide Equestrian Festival website.

The levy does not include access to the event and is not to be confused with Media Accreditation. Exemptions are applicable for photographers assigned by a recognised media outlet.

Photographers who fail to do so will be infringing the Adelaide Equestrian Festival copyright and risk being removed from the premises.
